Gal Gadot shines as Wonder Woman unlike ever before!
Zack Snyder's Justice League promo for Wonder Woman arrived just in time for International Women's Day, and DC fans are all for it. Although we were recently reunited with Diana Prince in Wonder Woman 1984, the superhero is a founding member of the Justice League, so obviously, she made it to the film!
Gal Gadot will reprise her role as the Amazon Princess in the Snyder Cut, alongside the mightiest heroes in the DC universe. They're well-prepared for their battle against Darkseid and Steppenwolf, and the new teaser gives us a fine look at the super villains.
Wonder Woman Is Stronger Than Ever Before
In the character-centric teaser, fans recognized the voice of many Amazons as Diana Prince was seen standing near an ancient temple, with an arrow in hand. Originally fired by her mother Hippolyta, the arrow lit a torch inside the Shrine of the Amazon, and was intended to warn her daughter of the inevitable danger brought by Steppenwolf's arrival.
The clip gives DC fans a look at Zack Snyder's redesigned version of Steppenwolf, who by the way, looks incredible. The footage ends with Diana and the Justice League on one side, with Steppenwolf on the other, as they get ready to go head-to-head.
"I know her teaser gonna emotionally break me," shared @galdianas to Twitter.
Another fan applauded the marketing team behind Zack Snyder's Justice League for releasing the character emoji, poster and teaser video on International Women's Day.
"Perfect timing," wrote @theSNYDERVERSE.
"I'm completely in love with her hair," said @Dianas_Angel, sharing two photos of Gal Gadot's character poster.
Her wavy hair only makes Wonder Woman's golden tiara look majestic as ever, and DC fans look forward to seeing Diana in action soon.
The previous film, helmed by Joss Whedon (after Snyder left due to a personal tragedy) was criticized for being overly ambitious, and cramming way too many characters and plot lines in one film.
Zack Snyder's vision on the other hand, is a four-hour-long saga with six different chapters, and will follow each hero on their mission against the bad guys.
Wonder Woman's teaser was released right after Snyder gave fans a glimpse at the characters of Batman, Superman, Aquaman, Ezra Miller's The Flash, and a glimpse of Jared Leto as The Joker. Ray Fisher's Cyborg will be the final member of the Justice League to receive his own character-centric promo, ahead of the March 18 release date.
